Dr. Ardeshir Saad Mohammadi, CEO of Mines and Metals Development Investment Company, on Tuesday, November 24, 1401, along with a group of group managers, visited the projects of Negin Sabz Middle East Dynamic Energy Production and Development Company in Semnan province.<\/span>
\nAccording to the public relations report of \u201cWamadan\u201d, the visitors while visiting the construction project of 10 megawatt dynamic solar power plant of Semnan Energy, which is in the final stages of construction, were closely informed about the progress of this project.<\/span>
\nThe construction of this power plant was started in 2009 by Puya Energy Company, a subsidiary of Mining and Metal Development Investment Holding, and it has progressed more than 90%.<\/span>
\nLater, the CEO of \u201cWamadan\u201d and accompanying delegation visited the development project of Shahid Bakri Gas Power Plant in Semnan.<\/span>
\nDuring this visit, the CEO of Pooya Energy, Mohammad Zaman Zavalan, explained the project implementation process and said: This project includes two gas power plants with a total production capacity of 366 megawatts of electricity, which is added to the previous capacity of the power plant, and about 80 million euros have been invested for its implementation. Capable domestic experts in the form of Mapna company are responsible for its design and implementation.<\/span>
\nHe added: The first phase of this power plant was delivered 180 days ahead of the contract deadline, which is a record breaking speed in the country.<\/span>
\nJavelan added: The current production of electricity in the country is about 12 thousand megawatts less than the amount required for its consumption, and the development and improvement of the efficiency of power plants is currently one of the main needs of the country, especially in the industry sector.<\/span>
\nHe said: Most of the main equipment needed has been provided and entered the power plant and we are in the final stages of equipping it.<\/span>
\nThe CEO of Poya Energy mentioned the special attention and support of the managers of the mining and metals development investment holding to advance the projects in the field of energy and the unceasing efforts of those involved in the implementation of the project as the main factors for the rapid progress of this national project.<\/span>
\nIn addition, the CEO of Mines and Metals Development Company, pointing out that the second unit of this power plant, similar to the first unit, will be completed earlier than the contract deadline, expressed hope that the operation of the project will officially begin in the middle of February of this year.<\/span>
\nDr. Saad Mohammadi, while appreciating all the managers, engineers, hardworking workers and employees of Poya Energy and Mapna for the fast and committed progress of this project, noted: Considering the big problem of energy supply in the country, especially the electricity needed by manufacturing and industrial companies, this The work is very valuable and \u201cWamadan\u201d Group will continue its efforts to provide the energy needed by its subsidiary companies in line with the development of the holding and promoting the interests of the shareholders.<\/span>
\nThe CEO of Maaden added: Currently, the necessary economic and technical investigations are underway to make a decision regarding increasing the efficiency and electricity production of this power plant using the combined cycle method, and we will announce the results.<\/span>
