The president announced the “law to remove barriers to the development of the electricity industry” for implementation to the ministries of energy, oil, industry, mining and trade and the organization of the plan and budget.
According to the public relations report of Dynamic Energy and quoted from the presidential information base, Ayatollah Dr. Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, in the implementation of Article 123 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, “The Law on Removing Obstacles to the Development of the Electricity Industry”, which was passed in a public meeting on Sunday, November 15th, 1401 of the Shura Council. Islamic approved and approved by the Guardian Council on November 18, 1401, it notified the Ministry of Energy, Petroleum, Industry, Mining and Trade and the Organization of the Plan and Budget for implementation.
