The Annual General Assembly of Negin Sabz Middle East Dynamic Energy Production and Development Company was held with 100% attendance of shareholders this morning on June 27, 1402, at 10 o’clock, at the place of Mines and Metals Development Investment Company.
The production and development group of dynamic energy is currently the executive arm and the main supplier of electricity for the industries of the “Vamadan” sub-category; In order to provide electric energy and create value for stakeholders in the framework of sustainable development, this company is trying to play a leading and effective role as To act as a developer and investor in the electric energy sector.
Poyaenergy is in charge of the project of constructing three and four gas units of Semnan power plant and increasing its capacity of 366 megawatts, which has been proposed as one of the forty-eight projects of Iran’s progress drivers; These units, which were synchronized in the past few months, are on the verge of opening.
Also, Poya 10 MW solar power plant, which is 100% owned by Poya Energy Company, was connected to the national grid from February 1401 and was listed on the energy exchange since the beginning of 1402.
Among other notable actions of this holding, we can mention the registration and establishment of Kermanshah dynamic power generating company with a nominal capacity of 500 megawatts and conducting the necessary studies for its launch.
It is recalled that in the early fall of 1400, during an agreement between the Ministry of Energy, Samat and large mining and industrial companies; These companies were obliged to build a capacity of 10,000 megawatts of electricity. Mines and Metals Development Investment Company (Vamadan), a 100% shareholder of Poya Energy Company, through this company and in line with this memorandum, increased the capacity of 366 MW of Shahid Bakri Power Plant in Semnan, and Poya Energy Company completed two gas units within 5 and 11 months. and connected to the national network. It should be noted that the companies that buy their electricity from this power plant will not face summer power outages; Because the power plants under the aforementioned memorandum have a guarantee of non-interruption and exemption from the payment of electricity transit rights.
Among the dynamic energy programs this year, we can mention the start of construction of two steam units of Semnan power plant, the start of the construction project of Kermanshah dynamic power plant and the launch of Paktuan Gostar company and the implementation of Shahrood CHP power plant.
According to the measures taken last year and the ongoing projects of this company, positive performance and achievements are expected for it this year.
